الاعتراض على نتائج الامتحانات النهائية
يعلن قسم الامتحانات عن بدء استقبال طلبات الاعتراض على نتيجة الامتحان النهائي أو الفصلي أو الواجب للفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي 2019/2020 ابتداء من يوم الاثنين الموافق 20/1/2020 وحتى يوم الأحد الموافق 26/1/2020 عن طريق موقع الجامعة الرسمي في نظام خدمة الطالب الـ SIS.
ويرجى العلم بأن حق الطالب في الاعتراض على نتيجة الامتحان النهائي حسب لوائح الجامعة العربية المفتوحة هي كالتالي:
- (1)"تقوم لجنة امتحانات الفرع بدراسة اعتراض الطالب، والتأكد من عدم وجود خطأ في جمع العلامات التي حصل عليها في المقرر، أو في رصدها، أو عدم وجود أسئلة غير مصححة، ويُبلغ الطالب بقرار اللجنة خلال أسبوع من تاريخ تقديمه للطلب عن طريق موقع الجامعة.
- (2)يجوز للطالب الاعتراض على قرار لجنة امتحانات الفرع خلال أسبوع من تاريخ قرار لجنة امتحانات الفرع.
- (3)تقوم لجنة امتحانات العمادة بدراسة اعتراض الطالب وتبت فيه بشكل نهائي وقطعي، ويتم إبلاغ الطالب بقرار اللجنة خلال أسبوع من تاريخ استلامها للاعتراض.
(4) تُعتبر نتيجة الطالب في أي مقرر نهائية بعد مضي فصل دراسي، ولا يجوز تعديلها قطعياً. كما لا يجوز تعديل درجة الطالب الخريج في أي مقرر بعد مضي أسبوعين من تاريخ إعلانها."

Appeal to Final Examinations Results
Examinations Department announces the beginning of receiving the students’ appeal requests from Monday 20/1/2020 to Sunday 26/1/2020 through Online Appeal System in the SIS.
Please be informed that your rights in reviewing the final exam results according to the examinations bylaws are as follow:
- A) The student may request a review of his mark in any course through applying to the Branch Examination Committee in writing within one week of announcing the course’s approved results, and payment of fees specified therefore.
- B) The Branch Examinations Committee shall study the student’s objection; verify absence of material error in computing or entering of the student’s course marks, as well as the absence of unmarked questions. The student shall be notified of the Committee’s decision within one week of his application date. The said decision shall be notified to the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs.
- C) The student may object to the Branch Examination Committee’s decision through applying to the competent Faculty Examinations Committee via the Branch Director within one week of the Branch Examinations Committee’s decision date.
- D) The Faculty Examinations Committee shall study the student’s objection and verify the absence of material mistakes. The student shall be notified of its decision through the Branch Director within one week of the Committee’s receipt of the student’s objection. The Vice Rector for Academic Affairs shall be also notified of the Committee’s decision.
- E) Modification of the student’s result in any course shall be approved vide a decision of the Central Examinations Committee pursuant to the recommendation of the competent Examinations Committee.
- F) Student’s result in any course shall become final following the lapse of one semester, and may not be modified under any circumstance.
